Where structures are faced with extremely high wind loads, the 1000kg bloc will provide adequate stability (or stackable 500kg usage where space is a premium). Bespoke support calculations are provided on an international basis to support the adequacy of the design.

▪ High-quality aluminium and stainless-steel product, ensures maintenance free operation and escape blockage mitigation, normally caused by wooden product swelling.
▪ Precision laser cut aluminium sheeting, with perforation allowing visibility for operators and pedestrians either side for safety.
▪ Highly reduced wind loading of the large vehicle gates makes their manual operation safe when weather conditions are inclement, and wind is strong or gusting.
▪ Structurally robust and Anchorbloc supported with bespoke stainless steel adjustable hinging and door stop devices. Stainless steel locking devices ensures greater safety and security at a point which is generally deemed the weakest point of any site.
▪ Design meets all standards and benefits for means of access and escape (operated by panic bar ironmongery) as that of a permanent structure.
▪ Clear gate numbering/sign posting for targeted, safe site access and delivery efficiency, together with corporate livery and site-specific branding as required.
▪ Contrast colouring on all gates, meeting brand guidelines and internal green finish compliant to Building Regulation Part D – 13; with clear sign posting of escape routes.
